FCCLA stands for Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. Mrs. Mary Stephens serves as the sponsor. To join this club you must have completed, or be enrolled in one course of Home Economics in high school or junior high. FCCLA's purpose is to provide opportunities for self-development, preparation for family and community living, and for employment.
Our local section of FCCLA does many community service projects, ranging from making lap robes for the Nursing Home to helping with KARE and the Crisis Closet. The members participate in fun activities too, the club attends Fall Leadership, Spring Rally, and plans to go on an End-of-the-Year Trip.
