The volleyball game scheduled for Wednesday, February 29, has been changed to Wednesday, March 14.

 

Congratulations to Chris Coronado for making the all tournament team at the Summersville tourney.  He placed 3rd out of all students competing.

 

Thank you to the Math Counts team for representing our school and working hard.  Team members are Colton Bond, Chris Coronado, Michaela Scott, Remington Carrell, Gus Rawls and Jared Rexing.

 

Please dismiss Scholastic Bowl students at 12:25 today. They will be hosting Opdyke Belle Rive in the Media Center.

 

There will be no afterschool tutoring March 6 through March 15, due to ISAT testing.

 

There will be a Jr. Interact meeting on Tuesday, February 28, at 10:45 in the library. Teachers, if at all possible, please dismiss members five minutes early.

 

The Jr. High Band’s Fazoli spaghetti supper is Friday, March 2, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.  tickets may be purchased from any Jr. High Band student, from Mr. Brock-Jones, or at the door.

 

Which 4th hour class is ready for some fun in the sun?  This month’s “pull” tab winner will get to spend time outside at the courts and enjoy a special treat.  The tabs will be weighed on February 29.  Keep saving those tabs!!

 

The IDNR will be offering the hunter safety course on March 9 and 10.  Anyone interested in this course needs to contact Larry’s Gun Shop at 632-3060.  Do not wait to sign up as the class will fill up quickly.

Answer:                      60% = because if all lefties are women, then 60 right handed men out of 100 people
