The Board of Education of Hamilton County School District No. 10 met in a special session on the evening of December 1, 2006, at 9:45 p.m., in the Jr. High Library.

The meeting was called to order by Board President John Ewald and Roll Call was as follows: Present – Danny Anselment, Steve Becker, Krystal Donelson, Randy Kirsch, Rodney Rubenacker and John Ewald.

Tom Maulding entered the meeting at 9:52 p.m.

Motion by Kirsch, second by Rubenacker to convene into executive session to at 9:48 p.m. to discuss employment, compensation, and performance of specific employees. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Kirsch, Rubenacker, Anselment, Becker, Donelson, Maulding and Ewald. Motion carried.

Motion by Donelson, second by Anselment to come out of executive session at 10:00 p.m. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Donelson, Anselment, Becker, Kirsch, Maulding, Rubenacker and Ewald. Motion carried.

Motion by Rubenacker, second by Becker to approve the minutes from executive session. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Rubenacker, Becker, Anselment, Donelson, Kirsch, Maulding and Ewald. Motion carried.

Motion by Becker, second by Anselment to employ April Brockett-Kesterson as the girl’s freshman basketball coach effective December 1, 2006. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Becker, Anselment, Donelson, Kirsch, Maulding Rubenacker and Ewald. Motion carried.

Motion by Kirsch, second by Donelson to adjourn. Vote was taken by voice, motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 10:04 p.m.
